The Challenge
Small and mid-size service businesses in India struggle to find clients beyond their own city, and customers have no reliable way to judge which provider to trust. Pure-online marketplaces solve discovery but not trust — deals in India still close through people, not listings. The platform needed both: a digital marketplace and a local human layer.
Our Solution
We built FetchTrue as a hybrid marketplace. Providers list services across eight industry modules; customers browse, compare and book in the app. On the ground, a Growth Partner network acts as trusted local representatives who onboard businesses, close deals and support customers offline. The Flutter app ships on Android with provider verification, lead management, commission tracking for partners, and a Node.js backend with an admin panel for operations, payouts and moderation.
